The Tad Ladd team has custom developed close to 19,000 acres in the past twelve years using their knowledge and experience of 30 plus years of hunting and managing west Kentucky whitetail. We are intimately familiar with the habitat and terrain and also knowledgeable on food sources and get the absolute most out of each farm we develop and manage, whether it is ours or a client's.
We want to work for passionate hunters who desire to be part of this way of management and hunting, targeting mature bucks, while creating the infrastructure and habitat to produce giant trophy whitetail. We can help you design and implement a planned strategy to bring your habitat and herd into a cohesive balance, and transform your farm, whether 50 acres or 500 acres into the whitetail paradise you want it to be and achieve our goal. We have been doing it with proven and documented success for 12 years helping clients from all over the country and every habitat environment reach their objective. Tad Ladd team specializes in creating turn-key hunting property. We transform raw land into whitetail hunting havens. Experienced hunters know the hard work that must be performed, and recognize quality property immediately. Transforming farms is our specialty. Genetics alone cannot sustain a quality whitetail herd, and the transformation detail is hard work. Our vision, experience and our organized plan of attack is proven, documented and on display each time we host guests.
We know deer, land and terrain; we have been hunting right here where we were born and raised for 35 years. We know how deer move, what they need for cover and what they need to reach their potential, and we lay out our farms to achieve each one, and our record is proven and documented, as we put client after client on the bucks of their dreams.

Rough draft for equipment procedures
Rough draft for food and water source initiative
All consultation fees are deducted from total project costs upon agreement of Tad Ladd West Kentucky Whitetails to perform the recommended plan and work.
$160 per hour including travel time
We rely on our 38 years of experience in studying and managing whitetail to develop a plan of action. Every tract is unique and a custom plan is developed with you, based on each and every variable. We are sponsored by and partnered with the industry's leading brands, because quality products are as important as the plan itself. We have our own line of products that we use in our own operation that help give you an edge as well.
