The vision for this property was clear when I first laid my feet on it in 2015. I knew it could be a special place, it just needed some love and attention. Our vision has always had our deer and our client at the forefront and we have proven that since our first day of business back in 2014. The Fox Road farm habitat was incredible, we just needed to implement our plan of action, and get our enhancement program kicked in gear. After two years of leasing, we finally had the opportunity to purchase it in 2018, and once we acquired it, we kicked it in high gear and got busy creating the vision I had for this farm. The same effort and vision we give to put guest after guest on big western Kentucky bucks is the same effort we put into every property we develop.
We created the infrastructure and built fields in a strategic manner to benefit both owner and animal. Now there are over 30 acres of highly nutritious Whitetail Institute food plots, there are miles of well maintained trails for ingress/egress, and we have tweaked the existing incredible habitat to benefit all who now own a tract on this spectacular farm.
This is a 930 acre tract that has been sold in it's entirety. 7 owners comprise the Hunt Community. Tad Ladd provides management for 4 of the 7 landowners.
